Customer-Provided Content
Custom Boxes Experts accepts custom artwork, logos, or pictures provided by clients. In providing us with custom content, you certify that you hold all necessary rights to use such content and that this content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
We will not be held liable for any copyright infringement cases concerning customer-provided content. Clients will be held fully liable for claims, disputes, and attorney fees relating to copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to decline or remove any material provided to us.
All submitted content must:
- Be in accordance with and not violate any law or regulation
- Be free of intellectual property rights infringements
- Not include offensive, harmful, or deceptive content
- Align with our company policies
When you submit content to our system, you are permitting us to use it only for processing and producing orders. We may delete stored content after a reasonable time, usually 30 days.
Design Tools Usage
We offer design tools that allow customers to build packaging designs and artwork. Designs created with our tools are the property of Custom Boxes Experts unless stated otherwise.
It is prohibited to create or upload copied, illegal, or infringing content when using the tools.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer
Every attempt has been made to achieve colour accuracy; however, colour variations may happen due to resolution settings, as well as printing issues. It is important to note that RGB colours will vary from the colours that will appear once printed.
Production and Delivery Time
We strive to complete and deliver orders on schedule. But shipping deadlines will depend on order requirements and production needs.
Orders without a specified delivery schedule will follow regular production and shipping schedules. Any expedited production or shipping requests could come with a fee.
Quality Standards
Custom Boxes Experts will work to produce quality packaging. In large quantities, there is a natural tolerance of up to ±3%, and we are not able to compensate for this.
We are not liable for any errors that might occur due to any artwork, design, or other specification sent to us by the client. Once orders have been received and approved, they cannot be modified.
Order Confirmation Responsibility
Once you place your order, you verify that all the details regarding the design and measurements are right and satisfactory. It is advised that you do this carefully before placing an order.
Sampling Policy
We provide sampling to assist customers in testing material quality and design before production:
- Sample Kit: Our sample kit contains pre-made samples to demonstrate material and print quality.
- Custom Sample: Produced according to your design, size, and material requirements before mass production.
In case of producing a custom sample and the customer rejects it without a proper reason, up to 30% of the amount paid may be held as the sampling/production fee.

Limitation of Liability
Custom Boxes Experts shall not be liable for any problems with third-party services, links, or user abuse of the website. We may reject services, orders, or content that do not adhere to our policies.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. We will notify you of any changes on this page, and using our website will signify that you agree to the new terms.
