Refund Policy

Custom Boxes Experts are committed to delivering customer satisfaction. We strive to manufacture each order with meticulous attention taken to ensure the highest quality product. As all packaging items are produced to order, based on customer need, the refund and returns policy needs to be equitable to both parties. Before placing your order, please read the terms of service below.

1. Custom Orders Policy

Custom Boxes Experts products are made according to the specifications you have chosen, such as size, material, artwork, and finishing. Because of the custom nature of these items, resale is not an option. Therefore, no returns are allowed once orders are in production, except as detailed under the following circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

Next, orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after payment has been received.

No cancellations are accepted once the design is approved or once production on the order has started. If you wish to cancel your order during the allowable period for cancellation, kindly contact us immediately.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We only issue refunds for:

  • The product is received that is substantially different or varies from the approved designs (such as size, material, or shape).
  • There are noticeable production errors in printing or finishing.
  • The delivered product order is damaged and cannot be used.

In this case, there will be a partial or 100% refund, subject to our assessment. The customer will need to provide photos or video evidence within 7 days of delivery.

4. Replacement Policy

We generally prefer to replace, rather than refund. When the order is discovered to be defective or in error, we will reprint the labels or packaging, and we will ship it again to you. This way, you get the right product at no additional cost.

5. Proof Approval Responsibility

A proof will be sent for customer approval before production. The customer is trusted to verify design, text, logos, and layout.

Custom Boxes Experts will not be liable for any mistakes that were signed off on. We will not offer any refunds or replacements for errors that were overlooked in the approval process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We cannot be responsible for delays with third-party shipping companies, customs, or incorrect address or contact information from the customer.

No refunds will be given in cases of delay beyond our control.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds do not apply to and include:

  • Order made under expedited or urgent production turnaround times
  • Products approved in the proof stage, but then subsequently claimed to be incorrect
  • Returned items without our team's approval

8. Process to request a refund or replacement

To make a request, please:

  • Reach out to our customer service via our designated channels
  • Include your order number and images or a video of the problem
  • Add a description of the issue
  • We will view your request and respond to you in 3-5 business days.
